Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.  All orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. In the event that an error is made by Locs and Lips, we will gladly accept your return in an effort to correct the order.  Please make sure all items are in their normal packing and unworn.
